    • 3/4 tsp vanilla extract
    • 1 pinch sea salt

    FOR ROLLING

    • 1/4-1/3 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened)
    • 1 Tbsp lime zest
    • To make the coconut coating, place the shredded coconut and lime zest right into a small bowl or plate and stir to mix. Put aside.

    • To your food processor, add pitted dates and mix till small bits stay or a ball types. Scoop out and put aside.
    • To the now empty meals processor, add your uncooked cashews, almond flour, and shredded coconut. Mix till a high quality meal is achieved — about 20-30 seconds.
